Andy is a distinguished designer, builder, and entrepreneur.
A recognized thought leader in building design and construction.
Andy and John founded YW Rising Builders Inc. in 2015. He has experience both in residential and commercial industries.
Andy holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineer Technology from California State Polytechnic University of Pomona. And, the company gained General A, B, C10, C16, C8, C21, C27 and C36 California contractor license qualifications.
John Lin
Co-Founder
John is a distinguished general contractor.
He brings to the team over 20 years experience both in residential and commercial industries, offering thoughtful construction solutions for the client.
John is a natural leader, known for inspiring his team through challenging projects with a solution-oriented mindset.
